Light Speed Indexing

Light Speed Indexing (LSI) is Second Phase’s alternative to the costly dynamic attribute and intelligent search solutions used by major Ecommerce players (like Grainger, Best Buy, Sears, Faucets Direct, and hundreds more…).  As you will see in the following example the goal is to quickly get your customer to the product they want in the fewest number of clicks possible and to give access to unlimited product attributes from a wide range of data sources (ERP, data services, manufacturer data, …) in milliseconds.

LSI accomplishes that goal at a price point that has never been seen before.  It works by displaying drill down attributes in the left column that change dynamically depending on what product category you are searching and shows you the number of results per attribute choice so you can easily see the number of results you’ll get with that selection.  It allows for a key word search even if there is a misspelling, grammatical error, or a synonym and it does it all at an amazing speed using the latest data access technology.
