For instance, one of our team leaders was the head of R&D for a major engineering and manufacturing software company (whose core product totaled more than 4 million lines of code) and understands first hand the unique balance you have between time constraints, budgets and supportability. He was also the founder of a major manufacturing focused application service provider web site that broke new ground on providing online software tools to this major sector. His engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines (one of the leading engineering schools in the country) is the foundation behind his 18 years of software development experience.

Another of our team leaders successfully grew a major medical products company and sold it at an excellent return to investors. He was responsible for the company’s operations including production automation, R&D, Manufacturing and Quality. This included leading the design & development efforts for PC based software systems that were targeted for manufacturing, R&D, and quality assurance. In addition, he was instrumental in the selection and implementation of an ERP system (SAP) that replaced the corporation’s legacy system. Most recently, he was a senior developer for two different software companies designing and writing enterprise level web based applications. His 20 years of experience is backed up by a Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.

In one case, as VP of Marketing, he was instrumental in achieving a 400% revenue growth in 2 years time.
